The first product in this series was developed to work if there is a power blackout. 
Nowadays there are sites where the customer removes the normal grid air conditioners and replace them with DC12500 because of its total energy consumption and its ability to work off-grid and hybrid from the 24v and 48v battery bank. 

In other cases, the site is turning in to a solar wind (hybrid) energy drive site or to save fuel and reduce running hours (anti-idling) of the generators the 230/115 volt driven Air conditioners are replaced by the DC12500.

But if the customer is unable to make a big opening in the side wall of the shelter the DC9300 is recommended. The evaporator can be mounted on the floor or roof of the shelter.

    Description

    This cab cabinet configured air conditioner (HVAC) model DC23000 is designed for cooling operators/passenger cabs and electrical cabinets on all kind of railway / rolling stock vehicles such as Trams, Metros, and Locomotives DE-AC33C (class 26) build by manufacturers such as EMD, GE, NRE, CAF, Adtranz, General Electric Bombardier, or Siemens powered directly by 74Vdc 400Vac without expencieve additional inverters.

     

  • DC 9300 24v 48V 400V AC DC split air conditioner


    Description

    This split system has one indoor and one outdoor unit's that are connected together with extremely low effusion hoses. Designed forheavy duty applications operators cabs and electrical cabinets or vehicles such as:

    Heavy mobile equipment: earthmoving machinery, hydraulic excavators, hydraulic rope excavators, crawler tractors and loaders, wheel loaders, dumper trucks, electric vehicles.  

    Rolling stock: Locomotives, underground metro train, electric vehicles. 


    The complete unit is pre charged with refrigerant and fully factory tested before shipping. Self-sealing quick connectors which can be disconnected and reconnected several times without losing any gas making service and preventative maintenance much easier. The standard distance between the evaporators and the condenser is 3 meter / 9ft Hose extension kits can be supplied on request.

    Description

    This wall mount packaged DC powered direct current 24v - 48v air conditioner is designed for heavy duty applications like electrical cabinets or BTS stations for defense and telecom.

    The very efficient DC powered direct current air conditioner combines a very low consumption with a high cooling output and is fully dc powered. The cooling duty of this fully DC powered unit is 2-3 higher than a normal 230 VAC and 6 times higher than a motor driven AC using with the same cooling and there is no power surge during start up (soft start)

    Description

    This split –type 74v dc air conditioner is designed for rolling stock operators cabs on, locomotives, trains and metro's The very efficient air conditioner combines a very low consumption with a high cooling output and is fully dc powered. The cooling duty of this fully DC powered unit is 2-3 higher than a normal AC using with the same cooling and there is no power surge during start up (soft start).  The premium PLC controller gives diagnostics. With our advanced controller remote management is possible# The unit is protected from spikes and surges by an electronic filter.

     

    The 2 indoor evaporators which can be mounted against the ceiling ,wall or floor, are  connected to 1 outdoor condenser with hoses and cables of 6,5  meter length. The hoses can be disconnected and reconnected  from the condenser without losing any refrigerant by means of self-sealing quick connectors. A complete control box including PLC is part of the delivery. Therefore is unit is easy to be installed on new or legacy trains with 74V.
