DC Airco designs and manufactures dc air conditioning and Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning (HVAC) solutions specifically for battery and equipment installations. Our portfolio includes energy-efficient air conditioners, free cooling systems, and Battery Thermal Systems (BTS) for electrical cabinets, equipment shelters, and similar enclosures. All systems are designed to operate directly on battery power or grid supply and support a wide range of ac and dc voltages, including 24 Vdc, 48 Vdc, 72 Vdc, 110 Vdc, 350 Vdc, 630 Vdc, as well as 230 Vac and 400 Vac. This monoblock air conditioner is designed for vehicles and offers efficient heating and cooling capabilities, operating between -20 °C and 45 °C through its internal heat pump circuit and e-heaters.
All the parts necessary for the unit are packed in a single cabinet, and the unit is fully operational when you unpack it. The cabinet is made of aluminium sheet metal, 1,5 mm thick, and has a grey RAL 7035 powder coating. All fastening components are stainless steel.

The DC14005 is a chiller designed for battery thermal management. It maintains the battery at an optimal temperature to maximise its lifespan. A double coolant circuit with the water-air system is unnecessary: the battery's heat will be discharged directly into the surrounding environment.
