DC 9321 24v 48V 400V AC DC split cab air conditioner
This split system has one indoor and one outdoor unit's that are connected with extremely low effusion hoses. Designed for heavy-duty applications operators cabs and electrical cabinets or vehicles such as:
Heavy mobile equipment: battery power earthmoving machinery, hydraulic excavators, hydraulic rope excavators, crawler tractors and loaders, wheel loaders, dumper trucks, electric vehicles.
The complete unit is pre-charged with refrigerant and fully factory tested before shipping. Self-sealing quick connectors can be disconnected and reconnected several times without losing any gas making service and preventative maintenance much easier. The standard distance between the evaporators and the condenser is 3 meters / 9ft Hose extension kits can be supplied on request.

Low consumption with a high cooling output
The very efficient DC powered direct current air conditioner combines a very low consumption with high cooling output and is fully dc powered. The cooling duty of this fully DC powered unit is 2-3 higher than a normal 230 VAC and 6 times higher than a motor-driven AC using with the same cooling and there is no power surge during start-up.

Description of the premium controller
The high-quality microprocessor controller makes the DCAirco products more efficient in energy consumption. The controller will provide unlimited features to meet our customer requirements, making it easier to reduce development-installation time and in general, there is no need for additional equipment. Even when the installation is very remote, doing a modification to future system requirements just by doing a software upgrade or expand with a module are possible.
The display is showing the setpoint and ventilator speed, in one view all you need to know and easy to adjust. Creating the perfect climate for all users.
Diagnostics of the DCAirco product
Other great features of the controller are the standard alarm outputs and readings through Modbus or voltage free contacts. With these functions, the customer will be able to react quickly to possible issues or upcoming maintenance. As an example: if a ventilator is blocked or damaged from the outside the controller will give notification through these alarm outputs saving travelling en maintenance time.
The kit contains the following parts: Indoor unit, outdoor unit, prefilled hoses and controller box fully operational when you unpack it. Just connect to the batteries, set the controller to the desired temperature.
Indoor and outdoor units are made of zinc-plated sheet steel 1,5 mm with grey RAL 7035 powder coating. All closing material is stainless steel. The unit is easy to be installed outdoor on existing appliances.
Cooling duty varies on climatic conditions and altitude- consult the factory for specific applications. Cooling duty measured with 50 %RH indoor and 85% outdoor.
DC Airco telecom products are availably in 24 and 48 VDC.
The first product in this series was developed to work if there is a power blackout.
Nowadays there are sites where the customer removes the normal grid air conditioners and replace them with the wall-mounted series DC12500 because of its total energy consumption and its ability to work from the battery bank.
In other cases, the site turns in to a solar/wind energy drive site or to save fuel and reduce running hours of the generators the 230/115 volt driven Air conditioners are replaced by the wall-mounted series DC12500. But if the customer is unable to make a big opening in the sidewall of the shelter the DC9300HA is recommended. The evaporator can be mounted on the side or roof of the shelter.
The anti-idling solutions for heavy-duty vehicles
n hot environments, operators must keep their vehicles idling when not operated for safety and health reasons. This idling affects fuel consumption and the engine wear unnecessarily and is not needed when using our highly efficient DCAirco air conditioners. Because they are battery-powered without the need to keep the engine running. Thus maintain more safety for workers and decrease fuel consumption by more than 30%.
