Improved testing facility
As mentioned in previous newsletter we have implemented a new test facility to test every unit coming from the production line with a new test computer.
This automated facility runs a test program for each unit.
All details are logged and recorded such as delta T , amp draw etc.
Also it is testing all the safety features in the air conditioners before giving a green light for cleaning + packing.
By running each unit through a automated test we take out the human error part and maybe we lower the time spend on each unit.
All test data is automatically recorded and stored on a server with a back up.
Each unit will be visually inspected afterwards.
