This very efficient air conditioner is available in 3 power versions and a number of options.

Power:  74 VDC or 400 VAC or Hydraulic compressor

 

Options:

  • Manufactured to new EU fire legislation according to EN45545
  • Fresh air intake 60-300 m3/h according to EN   14813
  • Overpressure system according to ISO  10263

Description

This roof top mounted air conditioner available in 74V dc - 400V ac or Hydraulic is designed to cool heavy duty applications operators and passenger cabs and electrical cabinets on all kind of rail way / rolling stock vehicles such as Tram, Metro, and Locomotives such as EMD, GE, NRE, CAF, Bombardier, or Siemens powered by 74V dc - 400V ac or Hydraulic. 

There are no expensive converters needed to run completely on 74V dc - 400V ac or Hydraulic The units are standard equipped with a PLC controller showing system health on the display. Multiple units can be controlled - also remotely - with our advanced controller. 
The advanced controller can sent e-mails to the service crew stating which unit requires maintenance.

 

DC Airco is manufacturing Air Conditioners for 25 years and supplies to companies/locomotives  as EMDiesels ,GE locomotives, Bombardier, Linsinger Rail Milling Machines and many others.
