Class 313 FCC

With a big input from the end customer FCC. With there engineers the location of the evaporator was found in the vestibule. During prototype testing the unit was improved by a air return duct work.
 

This system is a split unit with a condenser unit mounted on the under frame and a evaporator located in the roof section of the vestibule. The control box and the 2 dc –dc converters are located above the door to the saloon in the same roof section. By 4 70mm air duct hoses the cold air is supplied in to the drivers cab. The air return is take out of the cab by a removable duct.

Units is EMC and vibration tested by approved body in the Netherlands.
And the DCAirco unit has following safety devices: hi pressure, low refrigerant, high temp compressor and high temp motor.
