DC Airco telecom products are availably in 24 and 48 vdc.
The first product in this series was developed to work if there is a power black out.
Now days there are sites where the customer removes the normal grid air conditioners and replace them with
DC 10000’s because of its total energy consumption and its ability to work from the battery bank.
In other cases the site is turn in to a solar/wind energy drive site or to save fuel
and reduce running hours of the generators the 230/115 volt driven Air conditioners are replaced by the DC10000. |

DC Airco type 10000 is designed specially to cool telecom shelters and other enclosures in remote area’s
Introduced in 2002 to work as a back up system when the grid as a power failure.
It is now days used in different settings, as fuel saver on generator driven cell sites, on solar and wind energy,
or as energy saver and back up system on sites with a normal 230/115 volt AC grid connection.
This product is used in parts of Africa, southern Europe, Caribbean, and Australia at temperatures till 45 degrees Celsius (113°F)

DC 9200
The DC9200 24 or 48 volt is a split-unit.
This is one of two split units that are special made for telecom shelters that
are running
and there is no place for the DC10000.
Because of the hoses with quick connectors between
the condenser en evaparator unit,
It is easy to install with out any disturbance on the running equipment.

Generator powered BTS stations
With replacing the existing 230 VAC Air Conditioners by DC Airco units the
running hours og the gensets can be reduced from 24/7 till less than 10 hours a day.
(1) payback in less than 5 months.
(2) less pollution.

Grid powered BTS stations
With replacing the 230 or 380 VAC Air Conditioners for DC Airco units
the station keeps on working during power outages and unstable grid.
(1) no backup generator needed.
(2) no interruted service for the subscriber.
(3) less energy cosumption.
